I already accept credit cards; can I still use your services?
Absolutely, adding our services will increase your sales because you can offer consumers more options to pay. Adding our alternative payment solutions is easy and the consumer will see the optional payment buttons on your payment page.
Is it difficult to add your solutions?
Whether you have a subscription website or sell goods and services, we provide a variety of methods that makes adding our services a simple process. We have incorporated our billing solutions into thousands of websites and our experienced tech staff can get you setup quickly.
Are there any setup fees?
Our standard setup does not require any setup fees! Some special setup types may require small fees, but such instances are rare, and for most of our clients these setup fees do not apply. Such fees only apply for services such as Virtual Terminal, batch transaction processing, and installation of MIVA shopping cart software.
What documents do you require from me to setup my account?
Documentation needed varies by client type. If you are signing up as an individual, you only need to provide your passport and a copy of a utility bill. If you are signing up as a corporation, you need to supply a passport or ID of the contract owner and any signatories, incorporation papers, and a voided check.
How much can I expect my sales to increase with your services?

How or when do I receive my funds?
As a payment processor we collect funds worldwide from each two-week sales period, and then provide you the funds twice a month in your preferred currency. Transactions in foreign currencies are exchanged daily and payout is made by check, bank transfer or wire.
Do you offer customer support?
Yes. Our payment solutions are GEO-IP based, which means that automatically each payment page is translated into the consumer’s local language and a local phone number and email address is posted for support.
We are not located in the USA; can we still sign-up for your services?
Yes, of course. We accept merchants from all over the world and we have offices in the USA, Europe and Asia to assist you with the process. Each merchant must fill out an application and acceptance is subject to approval.
